    STAR/SOBOM AWARD 2013

    FOR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

    THE AWARD
The Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers is sponsoring a special award for Outstanding Customer Service which will be presented at the Society of Box Office Managers awards ceremony in February.

This is the only SOBOM award which is open to public nominations and is intended to reward the fantastic customer service offered by box office and ticket agents across the UK.

Nominations are welcomed from the public for organisations or individual members of box office or ticket agency staff that have provided excellent service in 2012. Nominations should indicate how nominees have demonstrated a commitment to and a passion for customer service and include examples of how they have gone ‘above and beyond’ to help customers.

Nominations will be assessed and the winner chosen by Council members of the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers.

The award ceremony will take place in February 2013.

Online nominations can be made by completing and submitting the form here.
