    POP STAR BRITNEY SPEARS SEES ROCK OF AGES

    The Rock of Ages musical on at the Shaftesbury Theatre had a superstar visitor last night in the shape of Britney Spears and her boyfriend/manager, Jason Trawick.

    Taking a break from pop, the star went back in time to the 80's to rock out to some of that decades greatist hits.  She must have paid a back stage visit also as star of the show, Shane Ward lated tweeted that Britney was "lovely and looks really well".

    Britney has just finished her London dates of a UK tour and today is back on stage in Newcastle.

    Rock of Ages was a huge hit across the pond on Broadway with celebs and is now being made into a film with Tom Cruise as well as a host of other stars.
