Broadway Smash-Hit Motown: The Musical Will Have Something For Everyone!

Wow what a subject matter for a musical? Motown: The Musical was a smash-hit on Broadway after opening in 2013 and is the latest show to make the journey from Broadway to West End once Memphis leaves the Shaftesbury Theatre, hopefully having secured a new theatre?

Currently on tour in the USA and set to return to Broadway in July 2016 this looks to be the ultimate jukebox musical for music lovers everywhere.

With a book by Berry Gordy who has seen his beloved 1994 autobiography wow audiences with this 4 Tony Nominated spectacular stage show. Motown tracks his founding of the famous record label and relationships with the artistes involved then played 37 previews and 738 regular performances before hitting its nationwide tour.

With the astounding back catalogue, I can't be the only person who is immensely excited by this new power musical set to grace our West End stage?

Consisting of over 50 songs in the production I doubt there isn't something for every single audience member to love!

The anticipation, now it's been released as confirmed, will turn to casting and I'm sure we all have our thoughts as to who that should be? I guess for now it just builds on the hype and excitement so we will all have to wait and eagerly see!
